Working with acrylic is a messy thing. The dust is too much, and it gets in the eyes and ears an nose. Even wearing protective mask and goggles, there's always some dust in the hair that gets into the eyes after stop working.
So i can not work in my kitchen or living room. I just have to do it on my garage. A floor under ground with no windows, away from my kid. And sometimes I do not even want to get there, because time with him is getting shorter as he grows. But my mind is full with ideas and I have to make them.
Trabalhar com acrilico provoca muita "sujeira". O pó é muito, e entra pelos olhos, nariz e orelhas. Mesmo a usar óculos de protecção e máscara, há sempre pó no cabelo que acaba nos olhos, mesmo depois de acabarmos o trabalho.
E é por isso que n-ao posso trabalhar na cozinha ou sala. ..tenho de trabalhar na garagem, Um piso debaixo do solo, sem janelas ou luz natural, longe do meu filho, E às vezes nem sequer apetece ir para lá, porque o tempo com ele é cada vex menor, á medida que ele cresce. Mas a minha mente não para, e as ideias tem de ser concretizadas.

So I've manage to reduce my garage time, with a laser machine, that cuts "time" cutting and finishing. I still have to fill or sand the pieces in the garage, but in less time than before.
Meanwhile I'm going out from my day job, and then I'll have all the time in The world for my jewelry.
And I'm improving my designs, incorporating new materials, buying new tools and necessary instruments.
Então, arranjei maneira de diminuir o tempo na garagem, com uma máquina de laser, que diminui o tempo de corte e de acabamento das peças. Continua a ter de limar ou lixar as peças na garagem, mas o tempo distendido nessas tarefas é muito menor.
Entretanto também vou sair do meu trabalho diário, e então vou ter todo o tempo do mundo para as minhas peças.
E estou a melhorar desenhos, a incorporar novos materiais, a comprar novas ferramentas e instrumentos necessários.
